How do I download voicemail messages as proof of harassment? My sister's ex-boyfriend has been calling her constantly on her cell phone and my parents' house phone as well as coming by our parents' house unannounced to harass her. My sister has kept all of the voicemail messages he left on her phone but her mailbox is almost full. Does anyone know if there is a way to download her messages to the computer so she can burn them on a CD or something so she can keep her voicemail from getting full. She's trying to keep all the messages as evidence of the harassment because at this rate she's probably going to have to go to the police to get him to stop. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

How can I file a grievance against a collection agency? Received a phone call at work, from a Detective stating that one of my creditors sent him a fax filing a complaint against me. He had the contact information for the collection agency, my reference number and the name of the person I should ask for. He said if he doesn't hear otherwise from the collection agency stating that everything is resolved, he would have to seek further actions. First, the Detective never left his number or precient for me to call him, so I think this is a scare tactic. And are collection agencies authorized to contact police with my personal information? How do I uninstall Visual Voicemail from the Samsung Rogue? I just got this phone (love it), and have one problem so far. I downloaded and installed Visual Voicemail when prompted and went through the setup process. But when I try and access it, I get the message "Incorrect Pin or No Acc Found." Note that I CAN access my voicemail normally with my pin. So I did a little research, and people seem to have fixed this problem by uninstalling/reinstalling Visual Voicemail. So, how do I do that? When I click on the little double arrow thing that's supposed to show options, I get only "Properties" and "Search for Upgrades," neither of which are helpful.

Site to download a call tone for anonymous/private callers? My gf has been getting anonymous calls from someone on her cell. We go through Sprint, and they don't have a service to block private calls. She always answers though because she's afraid that if it goes to voicemail, that the caller will somehow figure out her passcode to her voicemails and......I don't know, but she's paranoid....lol. Anyway, what we're looking for is a call tone (what the caller hears instead of ringing) that says "the person you are calling does not accept calls from private #'s". Then we can set this calltone to play for the private caller. Sounds good in theory anyway. Please let me know if any of you knows of a website that has this particular call/voice tone. Thanks. I have the triple play package and if you know about Optimum, you know that you can access your voicemail from online, when I tried to do it Sunday, I was told to exit out of other progams because the memory is low and the message did not play, I did just that and the message still didn't play. Can u help with my new Blackberry Pearl 8100? Ok people, I got a new Blackberry Pearl 8100 about a month ago and it is messing up already. Verizon can' t seem to help me saying they themselves haven't had the training to work out the kinks...so i'm stuck! I've linked my yahoo email to it, yet i can't reply to any of my emails. Another MAJOR problem is that it lets me know I have missed calls or missed text messages but when i go to view them my call log is cleared out and so are my text messages, therefore showing NOTHING. So basically I'm not getting my text messages and if people call and don't leave a voicemail, i don't know who called me. Now the weird thing is it doesn't do this every day...only about 2x a week. WEIRD HUH? Oh, and how in the heck do i use my memory card?? I download videos and it says it won't accept it. How do I make sure my pics are being stored on it? iPhone extra cost? I'm planning to sell my ipod touch for an iphone. I've jailbroken my ipod touch and seen iphone applications/ tools/ and what not for iphone in the installer and there's like Caller ID and like ringtones. I was wondering, if I don't have like caller ID on my cellphone plan, but I download it in the installer on my iPhone, will it charge me on my phone bill for caller ID? I'm kinda confused with it. I watched a video on youtube where a girl got a 300 page phone bill from AT&T on her iphone. Also, I don't have free internet access on my regular phone, but theres access to internet on the iphone, if I got on safari will it charge me? There's also voicemail... do I have to pay for that too if I install it from the installer?
Does anyone else have service issues with Sprint (& the Samsung M520 phone)? Since early June when I got my new SPH-M520, I've had to... Reset my voicemail 3 separate times when prompted as I was attempting to simply check my voicemail... which had already been set up... each time. E-mail customer service, visit the Sprint store (even to the extent of going directly back in right after leaving when the phone was reset because it SILL wasn't doing what they told me it would do...), & call the "tier 2" service number to resolve an issue with not being able to download game & ringer content. This was eventually solved after several reset/update tries in the phone, & eventually a 'factory default reset'. E-mail & call tech support about this as-of-yet-unresolved issue where I get the error message "Info alert System Info Alert System Failure: Exception getting alert for rule pmltpm87" when trying to upload photos to my picturemail account, or send picture mail. When I try to access picturemail via the web @ http://pictures.sprintpcs.com, I encounter this error: send picture mail. When I try to access picturemail via the web @ http://pictures.sprintpcs.com, I encounter this error: "PM 87: Picture Mail access failure. Please call Customer Solutions". I'm about to visit the Sprint store this evening to try and (yet again) resolve the issue by a 'factory default reset' of my phone. Each time I try to get an issue resolved, I go through the same "reset this/reset that" set of steps until I'm told by e-mail to call the sprint service number, by the service number to go to the store, and by the store to call the service number yet again when all they've done is to call the service number in the first place while I stood there and looked at them? Why do they have e-mail support and/or people in the store for customer service when all they're there for is to tell you to call the customer service line? Can you please tell me why on Earth I should keep this phone/plan? If my phone is reset (yet again!), will I lose any downloaded content like ringtones & games... since they inexplicably can't be saved to the MicroSD card or transferred to other Bluetooth devices? (Why am I not allowed to control/transport content that I paid for in the first place?) I can't remember a time when I have dealt with any entity this inept at resolving an issue. Seriously. Would you personally accept this level of service from anything in life that you actually pay for?
need help fixing my Razr V3 software, it lost functions!!? i was trying to mod my phone, i went to some website and download a ton of things, p2kcommander, motorola PST, and a few other programs, and tried to copy things from my razr V3 to my computer. the pictures i had successfully copied to my PC were messed up, only half the picture would show. so i finally gave up, after a few hours of "work" time, and i unplugged my phone. i found out that somehow, somewhere, my phone lost capabilities, such as viewing the inbox, and looking at videos. when i go to menu-messaging, the only 3 options i now have are "create message", "voicemail", and "browser msgs". when i go to menu-my stuff, i only have 4 options, which include "camera", "pictures", "sounds", and "video camera". i tried to do a master restore, but it didn't help at all. Can someone please tell me how to fix this, step-by-step if possible? please and thank you, any information would be appreciated!!!!
Cell Phone Question? I called to activate my new Virgin Mobile Oystr Phone around 7 last night and talked to a lady who said my phone should be working in a few hours and to leave it on and not use it or download anything on it for the next 4 hours, she said when the I was able to use the phone a message would be sent to it saying the phone was activated ad I could use it. It is now 11:50 the next day and I have received no message, I tried calling my cell phone number that she gave me and it went right to the voicemail and when I tried to dial my home phone number it said my number was not authorized to make a call to that number. How long does it take for a virgin mobile phone to be activated?? She told me a few hours but apparently she was wrong. I just went to the virgin mobile website and it allowed me to login with the cell number the lady gave me and the vkey I gave her

Two days ago I randomly get a voicemail and no missed call or call recieved... I thought no big deal. Then today I went to bed, I charged my phone with a full charge earlier in the day and went to bed with 3 bars on my phone... I wake up and my phone is dead. I never plug it in overnight incase the power goes out my phone would be ruined. So I plug in my phone to charge and turn it on. 10 minutes later I get another voicemail.. no missed call. Is my phone messed up? I am in the 30 days so I could get another one. Also I downloaded some ringtones and a game... If they gave me a new phone could I get those for free since I paid for them already? Or is the download tied to my phone and not my number. Thanks. So they won't credit my account back so I can download them on my new phone and not be charged twice?
