Voicemail

I have a Verizon voicemail I want to forward to a non-Verizon customer...is this possible?

I am a Verizon wireless customer. A person from a non-Verizon phone left me a voicemail on my cell phone. I would like to forward this voicemail to another non-Verizon customer. Is this possible? If so, please send me details.
