Is there a way to disable voicemail on t-mobile?

I would like my cellphone voicemail to NEVER pick up a call. The reason is, I have a 3rd party phone service (google Grandcentral) that will route my calls and also handle voicemail through the web. Is there a way to just turn voicemail off in t-mobile? Please help! First right answer gets the points!! I just got off the phone w/the service person who said that 30 sec was the longest they could allow the phone to ring. If you can beat this I owe you big time.
