How Do You Put a Verizon Razr so it doosent go to voicemail ?

alright i have a silver verizon razr and i put it on voicemail. dose anyone no how to fix that ? please help (:

1. Well for the phone to go straight to voice mail its either off or not working correctly. Lol. Cause yeah. But I'm not sure what you mean. And after a certain amount of rings it goes to voicemail.
