I need a list of virtual call call centers that do not require one to pay anything. Can you help me?

What I mean is, virtual call centers that do not: * Require the agent to incorporate * Require the Agent to have a second line (I have one, no voicemail and caller ID disabled) * Require the agent to pay for training * Require the agent to pay for a background check * Or require the agent to upfront ANY money for ANY reason!!! Thanks for any and all help!!!

1. They don't exist (why should they ?) ... keep searching and eventually you will find a SCAM artist that will promise you all of the above and then find some way to take your money and provide nothing .. Look at it from the Call Center provider point of view .. At the very least they have to employ staff who can answer your calls .. this will mean some sort of training on the application's you want supported .. why should they pay to train staff on YOUR apps ? Most of the rest of the requirements are to protect the Call Center provider from SCAM artists (and time wasters) trying to rip them off ..
