Oxnard office space? Camarillo office space? ?

I am also looking for Oxnard office space or Camarillo office space. I have done my research and I am not sure whether long term renting is better or if I just create my own virtual office space. The problem is I cannot find any Virtual Office Space in Oxnard or even Camarillo - and the ones I did find do not offer conference rooms or basic services such as voicemail without paying an arm and a leg. Any help would be great. Mary
