1. Just say "hello, who is this speaking?" like you normally would when you answer the phone, then wait a while for them to talk, then say "yeah, i'm not here right now." and go to the tone. Always gets them.
2. What the first person said. Its classic. Or you could tape a song on the voicemail and then say please leave a message,etc.
