How do I reset my voicemail password on a motorola verizon phone without going to the store?

I forgot my voicemail password after I quickly set it up a week later.. I dont want to go to the verizon store and I was wondering If I could somehow reset the password from my phone.

1. No you cannot reset it from the device. You have to call Verizon and have them do it. Some carriers have that ability on their website also but I don't know if Verizon does or not
2. YES you can, you can go online at verizonwireless.com or dial *611 and it gives you the option from your phone.
