How can I get the phone number from voicemail?

I lost my cell phone and now I only have voice mails left in my account. I tried to hear my friends phone numbers from my voicemail account but they only gives me the information of the date they call me, not their phone numbers. I can call them back through voicemail but I have a couple people I don't want to but I need to keep their phone number. Help! Im using verizon wireless.

1. Well if you want to track phone numbers of your friends I would consider asking them or calling 411 I dont think you can from voicemail
