1. Try seating up the PIN OPTION on verizon voice mail if you have not done so then all you should need to do is call the verizon phone Wait till you hear Your outgoing message when it starts press the # key enter you PIN
2. 1 Call your phone number 2 wait for your voicemail greeting, and then press # (pound) 3 enter your passcode you normally enter when accessing your voicemail and you will hear your messages :)
