Voicemail

When I call a mobile number it always goes straight to voicemail/answer service - why is this? ?

I can send a text and get a read receipt - I dont know if it has been read though - Im trying to make up with a friend who has fallen out with me - Has my number been blocked? Or has she changed her sim card?

1. Her phone might be turned off.
2. Usually if someone changes their sim card they have the same number. She might have blocked your number try calling her number from a different number and see how it goes. Or her phone might just be turned off.
3. could be any of those, or yep, her phone may be off, i'd go round her house, or call her home phone, meet with her in person and sort it out x
