Is it possible to use the virtual office for getting DBA?
One thing is that the company having virtual office says that it might be possible to apply for DBA to use the address of virtual office. The other thing is that DBA officer says you can not apply for DBA to use the virtual office address. You must have the actual office. Whatever it is, practically I want to know what's going on establishing small business. Thanks.

- "DBA" is short for "Doing Business As". It is also called a "fictitious business name". You have decided to start a business, and you need a fictitious business name. Fictitious business names must be filed with the county clerk where the business will operate. If you are planning to operate the business from your virtual office (which is a physical place of business), then you should be able to use the virtual office address for you business. It's done all the time in many jurisdictions.
