How do i reset my voicemail password on Verizon Wireless? Without going online?

The computer freezez when I go to the Verizon website, and I know there is a number to call to reset it. or how do I find out my password. Gracias

1. if you know the password u can go into the voicemail and press 4 then press 2 then press 1 and type in the new password
