What's the best Voicemail service?

What is the best seperate voicemail service? I would like a voicemail service that gives me not just an "inbox," but a place (or places) to store messages I want to keep for a while. Also, I'd like to be able to access my voice mail over the web, have them emailed to me, and even text-message me upon receiving a message, if possible. Sorry, I forgot to explain... The company I work for needs to choose an individual voice-mail company because we're leaving Vonage (horrible customer service).

1. VOIP services have voicemail services like that. Vonage and Broadvoice, cell companies aren't there yet.
