Voicemail

I'm trying to remember the name of a semi-popular website you may know?

It's a place where you can type in a phone number of someone you know, and the message you would like to give to them, and for free an automated (female i think) voice will call your frend or whoever and read whatever you told it to say to them or in a voicemail to them. I guess it's for people who cannot speak for themselves. Honestly, my friends and I used to just do it for laughs. You can type in a funny message and your friends number and the voice will say whatever you want it to to them and they'll be confused and have no idea who sent it or whats going on. I apologize if this offends anyone... I'm just REALLY curious about what the website is. I can't find it or think of its name anymore! Please help! Umm that's not the site I had originally been on, but it's good enough. Thank you.
