Voicemail

Can people listen to you deleted ("press #3 to delete) voice messages?

I recently called an office with which I work, left a message, and used the option ("Press 3 to delete and rerecord") to rerecord my message. I did this a few times. Is there anyway for the office to retrieve and listen to the messages that I deleted? Does anybody know of any mobile service, voicemail system, or voicemail software which has the option for the owner of the number to listen to the messages callers think they deleted?
