Voicemail - I'm doing a presentation on voicemail at work, what are some problems you have had with voicemail?

I'm doing a presentation on voicemail at work, what are some problems you have had with voicemail?

At work or at home, in general--what are some obstacles or inconviences of voicemail that you've experienced?

1. You can't listen to a msg. and then save it as new 2. Can only hold so many saved msg. Our old system at work didn't have these problems, but we switched to a newer system and now we can't save messages as new and it will only hold about 10 old messages. What's up with that?
Not enough time to leave message, or the phone will cut you off. Most people just delete their voicemails. I perfer to email instead of leaving messages on their voicemail.
People need to speak more clearly when leaving a message, or if leaving a greeting.
