2. Neither but if i had to choose it's personal.
3. Not anymore, because usually the person gets back to me before they hear the message. Also, some people just don't get them. I hate leaving messages.

8. I only do this for my best friend . I dont like talking to voice recorder . I like personal . haha, my best friends is her actually saying hey and pretending shes actually there so i think shes there until it beeps so i leave her a message and im like "god laura change your answering tone" in a frustrated voice :)
9. no you can just call the person back, or they'll check who called. BQ: personal. those robot voices are weird.
10. I'll leave a message if the greeting is short and to the point. I won't leave messages after long drawn out voicemail greetings, especially if I really need to get someone on the phone right away. I prefer any greeting that is short.
