How do I get people to call in?

I have a podcast (www.missyujin.tk) and I always get awesome feedback (in real life and on comments on Facebook group) for the show, but I never get enough voicemails. In order to increase the number of voicemails received, I started a voicemail contest where people have to call and the funniest voicemail wins 10 free MP3 songs by the rap group the District. Even then I'm not getting voicemails. I tell people repetitively that the number doesn't cost them extra to call (206-203-2447; could you guys call, maybe? Haha...) and that it'll only take a few minutes. Voicemails are a big part of a podcast such as mine. Any ideas would be appreciated! :) Any ideas?

1. Give people a topic, or a reason to ring up. Maybe people would like to phone in but haven't a clue what to say.
