How do you leave an O2 voicemail by dialing straight to their voicemail box?

I want to leave a voicemail message for someone that is on O2, but I don't want that person's phone to ring. How do I do this?

Have a look at the section down at the bottom of http://www.filesaveas.com/o2.html titled "Can I leave a message without ringing a mobile?". Unless you know the personal voicemail number associated with the mobile then you can't. This was changed to stop people from harassing mobile users anonymously.
