How do I record a verizon voicemail to an MP3 or equivalent?

My fiance's grandfather died last year. Just before he passed he left a voicemail on her verizon voicemail.She has saived it ever since. I would like to record this to an MP3. We have a new Macbook with Leopard OS X as well as a Lenovo Thinkpad w/ms vista.... Any help would truly be appreciated! Thanks everyone!

1. You MIGHT be able to pull it up on your computer online, if there is an online account. Maybe you can call Verizon and ask them. If not, put a micraphone by the phone while is playing (not on speaker) and just record it on your computer with the vista. That is all i can think of.
