Changing a verizon voicemail from Spanish to English?

My voicemail is in spanish (as the language setting), and I can't get it turned back, I know you dial 1 for the voicemail, then do 4, 2, 5 and then press 1 to select English, but then it says to comfirm press something and to cancel press something, but I don't know what it says to do to confirm it! And so I reach that step and get stuck. Any help??
