iPhone 3GS is calling wrong voicemail service provider, how can this be reset?

My new iPhone 3GS [Rogers] has started to call bell billing services when I touch the voicemail button. Why is it doing this, and how do I access my Rogers voicemail again. Thanks in advance, -Tristan

1. try callling your networks customer services first if that doesnt work go to settigns>general>reset>Reset Network settings. then restart, not reboot. if that doesnt work, try settings>general>network>cellular data network>Reset settings. then restart again but dont do either of the two it if youve jailbroken, or unlocked it. good luck...
