When using a voice mail system, you should?
A. make sure the messages you leave for others include an overview of the purpose of your call, even if it means leaving a bad news message. B. check your voice mail messages during working hours only. C. make sure messages you leave for others are very detailed and include all points you would make if speaking personally to them. D. always record the message that greets your callers yourself.

- i dont even listen to the shit.. i hear so and so's voice and i know they annoy the hell out of me with long messages, so i just delete and make a mental note, ok this person just called, then i call them back and see what they had to say... cause the next 4 out of 6 messages are them calling back adding or taking away from the long ass message they left in the first place that i never listened to
