Is this a good cell phone plan?

It's $22 canadian a month. 250 local minutes with voicemail. Unlimited texting. Free instant message and mail. No mobile internet. I know that it would depend on if all this is useful to me, but that's not what i am asking. I am wondering of this is good for the price you pay.

1. wow, that's a great plan. i pay 50 dollars a month, although mine is an iphone which has you know..everything. lol best luck at finding a new phone plan:)
