How can I have a voice recorded embedded into my website, so people can leave voice mail?

I'm looking for a voice recorder program that I can either run from the website it's self, or link to another site that easily lets someone record an audio message, stores it, then sends me a link with the audio attached. Paid or Free does such a system/program/site exist? Google Voice is ok but only if you live in the US which most of the world doesn't.
