Does this girl want to meet me? Girls please answer?

I have a problem. There is this girl who I have seen 2 years ago at a party and we both play the same sport and are good at it. On top of that she has the same ethnicity as me (in fact, that is partly why i met her). I wanted to meet her again and she said sure. Ok, we settled a place we could meet and we both exchanged phone numbers. I called her up before we could meet (several times I called) but she did not answer. After, she sent me a message she wont be around. Then, she gave me a date we could meet that was not fixed and I messaged her the day before "Am I meeting you? Are you going to be there?". The answer came three days later when I thought everything was already over: "sorry my phone had problems but we could meet this weekend and she gave me a date. The night before we talked on the internet and a place was fixed and a fixed, exact time was to be chosen, but she logged off before. She did gave me a time I could relate to saying : "i be there after this event and I even asked her if she is going to be there and she said yes." Ok, so it took me an hour to travel up there. She WAS NOT THERE. In the meantime, I left her five messages and called her up ten times. I think she even picked up and put it off once, cause there was no voicemail. She never answers her cell phone by the way. Does she want to meet me? And if she wants to from NOW on, what should I do? Are girls like this when they meet? I only met one girl before alone and I wasnt even interested in that one. And if she is the same ethnicity and we both play the same sport why would she not want to meet? Additonal details: Her parents are very conservative. And I am very nervous around girls, but hell, I wasnt nervous at all when I traveled up for one hour.

2. Conservation or not conservation this girl clearly does not want to meet you or at least not that eager to meet you despite the fact that you are the same ethnicity and play the same sport. Not to be harsh, but she is probably not interested...and to stand you up is a big sign. From a girl's point of view, she sees you as this nice sweet guy who will always be around, and she loves the attention. Your next step is to def. not text her or call her and if she wants to hang it, she'll ask. And that's all that you can do at this point. P.S...girls are not like this this when we meet, especially to guys we like to get to know.
