Voicemail

How to add voicemail to my Pantech Impact (AT&T carrier) phone?

I call voicemail on my phone and it say's to me...something about this user doesn't have a setup voicemail and it doesn't say how to do so. HELP?? Please.

This is a message you would normally get when calling your phone from another phone (at the point that you would normally have your greeting). Voicemail is typically accessed by pressing and holding the number 1 key on the phone. If it's been more than 30 days since you got the phone, or if this is the message you hear when calling your voicemail number from your cell phone, please call customer care at 800-331-0500 from a different phone so we can fix the issue and perform a proper test on it for you as well.
