IPhone 3GS acting weird after 4.0 upgrade?

I installedvthe upgrade yesterday, and now my phone has a bunch of strange glitches... - Every time I unlock it, it asks for my *voicemail* password. Even if I enter it, the next time I unlock it, it asks for it again. - I did not have an active call, but when I opened an app, the green bar appeared at the top of the phone and indicated I was in the middle of a 6 minute phone call. - When I type in an app, the keyboard screen froze in position. - Battery is draining superfast Is anyone else experiencing glitches after the new software release? What can I do to fix this?

1. just restore it. My iPod Touch was acting weird, but not that weird.
