Voicemail

Can a voicemail be scheduled to be sent at a specific time?

There is this person in my class harrasing me. he knows my phone number. he sends me voicemails..while we are in class but he never touches his phone. i recognize his voice very well so............? I know that it is him unless he has a twin i don't know about. Is there anyway way he can schedule voicemails and send them for a specific time? Plz help, Thanks
