verizon voicemail?

i have the new update chocolate for verizon, when you call me i aint got voicemail.. before when ihad my other phone i hade voicemail. do i got to go take it to the store for voicemail or what.. ?

1. I think all you do is dial your number (area code first), and then press the # key and it should give you options for your voicemail to set it up.
2. Go to verizonwireless.com and sign on and add your option. Otherwise, call the verizonwireless 800 number and talk to them. You don't have to go into a store.
3. call your phone which will send you to voicemail. then follow the directions.
4. Maybe you just need to setup your voicemail. Dial *86 and listen to the intructions. If you are still having problems, call customer care 800-922-0204
