How can I fix my voicemail for verizon?

I found out recently I am not able to retrieve my messages, and I just researched on the site and it said that voicemails aren't activated in 45 days will cancel, but I specifically remember retrieving my voicemail at a certain point and when I try to log in in to my voicemail account the tutorial comes up, and I went to the web on my phone to the account area to change the voicemail pw and it still doesn't owrk, please help me!

2. Dial 611 from your cell phone. Verizon has tech support for voice mail.
