Voicemail..?

I have T-mobile. My question is does it cost to send someone a voicemail? Like my buddy didn't pick her phone up so it went on voicemail and I left one for her. 1. Does it cost me to leave a voicemail? 2. Does it cost me if I call someone but they don't pick up (No voicemail. ) 3. Does it cost me to listen to someone's voice message? Like if someone leaves me one? Thanks :)

1. costs minutes for you to listen to your own....costs you minutes to leave a message...its not supposed to cost you minutes if no one answers
2. Well it depends. But it doesn't cost you. It just takes your minutes. But if the person is mobile to mobile. It does not take your minutes or anything. If you call someone and they don't pick up and they are not mobile to mobile, yes it does take your minutes. If you check your voicemail, It does take your minutes.
