How can I get a voicemail from my cellphone downloaded to my computer?

A good friend of mine wants to save the voicemail that her sister sent her. Her mailbox is full on her phone but she does not want to delete the messages. The reason she wants to save them is because her sister was diagnosed with cancer and she want to save her voice so she will not forget it if she dies.
