Is there a way to call another phone and sent yourself straight to voicemail?

I don't want to have to talk to this person. I just want to go straight to voicemail. Is there any way to just send yourself straight to their voicemail or do they have to have the option? This person never left a message on my voicemail. I also do not know their provider.

1. call the voice mail main number and key in their number to leave a message, but you have to know the cell phone provider voice mail main number....
2. 1. Call your voicemail. 2. Enter your password. 3. Go through the messages. 4. When it asks you to pick an option, pick "send a message" 5. Leave the message. 6. Put in the person's number. 7. Press " # " (pound key). 8. Hang up.
3. When you check your voicemail, it should give you an option to send a message after you listen to your voicemails. You can record your message and then send it to whatever phone number you want.
