How do i activate my voicemail for unanswered calls only?

I'm with Vodafone, and have had 3 phones using the same number. With all of them i was unable to divert only selected calls to Voicemail. I know my voicemail works when ALL calls are diverted, but I am unable to divert, say, only unanswered calls, or calls when busy. It comes up say that 'request was not completed.' Does anyone know what I should do? I hate missing so many calls!

1. Make sure that you are diverting the calls to the cell center number and not your cell phone number. There is a default call center number that will kick it to your voicemail if that is selected. You may have to check with you cell phone provider to see what the call center number is if it is not saved on your cellphone. Good luck.
