Voicemail

Voicemail..?

I have T-mobile. My question is does it cost to send someone a voicemail? Like my buddy didn't pick her phone up so it went on voicemail and I left one for her. 1. Does it cost me to leave a voicemail? 2. Does it cost me if I call someone but they don't pick up (No voicemail. ) 3. Does it cost me to listen to someone's voice message? Like if someone leaves me one? Thanks :)

  1. no its free, but it still counts as a call and takes away from your minuets
  2. I dont think it cost anything for any of the 3. but you should call customer service just to make sure. :):):)
  3. I have Tmobile too, and when I look at my bill it shows voice mail calls, so I think it takes minutes to call your own voice mail. It still uses minutes to call even if they do not answer, and because you have to call a person to leave a voice mail, it also uses your minutes.
  4. It does not cost as far as money is concerned (unless you go over your minutes) but it does use your minutes (and theirs when they listen to it). If you call and they do not pick up it depends on your carrier whether or not it costs minutes. I know with AT&T it does if it rings over 30 seconds it will charge you a minute.
