Help w/Vonage voicemail...?
Well unfortunately, my family has been trying to reach me and have left me tons of messages but I didn't know that I had any cause my darn phone doesn't save em. I have to log on to my account to see all the messages. I've tried enabling my voicemail online but that still doesn't work? Can anyone help?

- Voicemail should be activated when your account was activated. You should be able to customize your settings through your online account. Here is their VoiceMail Plus User Guide in PDF format: http://www.vonage.ca/knowledgeBase/manuals/VoicemailPlusUserGuide2.0_CA.pdf You should also be able to have all voicemail notifications sent to your email address. I have VoiceMail through other VoIP services. For all my accounts, I have them set to forward my voicemails to my email address with a copy of the voicemails attached. You should be able to do that too with your Vonage service. If you can't get voicemail to work based on instructions from the user guide, then you need to call customer service for assistance.
