Voicemail

I just got a razr, how do I record the voicemail?

So I'm trying to change the message that my friends hear when they call and I pick up before it lets them leave a message. I don't see how to record it though? My friend told me to call my voicemail and then go to options then greetings, but there's no "greetings"? neverrrmind...i got it. the problem i was having was as soon as i'd call the voicemail, it'd start playing my messages. thanks=]

1. you should press 1 until you reach the voice mail, there you should be greeted with an operator that is going to tell you the steps to follow in order to record your greeting.
2. The greetings option which you're looking for is under "administration" option. At least this is true for Cingular/AT&T carrier.
