It seems to me that you might not be approaching the right people. The advice to contact the Saudi Arabian consulate is the best advice. If you still have no success, you might want to seek legal advice. If nothing else, a lawyer may be able to help you word your requests in a way that more clearly outlines your desires. I have to admit that your use of English is confusing, and it is not at all clear what your story is and what you are requesting. It sounds to me like the local MP's ARE taking you seriously, but simply don't know how to respond or help you, because you are not making yourself clear.
