2. to leave messages, or to be your welcome message?
3. a lot of my friends actually start their voicemail with a hey, hello, or any greeting and then pause, like they are waiting for a response then ask how your doing and pause again and then say just kidding, got you! its a voicemail..it's actually pretty funny. gets me every time.
