Do you know of a service or software I can use for my staff to call in 1st reports of accidents?
I am trying to find some way via software, a service or a phone system whereby if an employee has an accident they can call in or someone can enter basic information and the information will be forwarded to certain voicemail and / or email boxes. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

- We use a company called Bennett Answering Service. They asked us to define the list of things they ask a caller and they email that info where we want them to. And the caller gets a confirmation #. We use it for attendance but I can't imagine why they wouldn't do other types of calls.
