I need help with voicemail!!! How do I record music on it CLEARLY?
I've been trying for years to record my voicemail message as a song. I've tried to put my phone close to a speaker, played around with how far the phone was from the speaker, etc. and it never comes out CLEAR. It's always scratchy or garbled. Is there any software out there that helps with this? Some type of "voicemail transfer" device for mp3's or something of that nature? SOMEONE, please help me - it drives me crazy! Any tips would be appreciated.

- I know Motorola phone tools can be used to edit audio cds into shorter segments, then be sent to your phone. As for recording your message when you can't answer the phone, you can record from a stereo or car radio, but you can not have too much music nor can it be too loud. If, what you are trying to record sounds less of a beat, and more like a person talking normally, most phones will pick that up clearer. Consider too, if you are outside, the noises will affect how the recording will sound. Mostly, do not record the music if the volume is loud, or full of distortion, drums, fast beats. It never turns out for me either. Remember, it's only a little cell phone microphone recording it. Go easy on distortion and volume. The closer it sounds to the spoken voice, you will find better-sounding recordings.
