How can I download a fax from my TMobile voicemail?

I received a fax in my TMobile cell phone voice mailbox. I have a Motorola V300 cell phone, and I also have Motorola mobile phone tools software and the USB cable to connect my cell phone to my PC. When retrieving the fax, I hear the faxmodem tones on the cell phone. How can I make my PC "listen" to these tones and receive the fax? Thanks -- Sanjay

1. I would contact T-mobile with this one...I really don't know. Just check out their website: www.voicestream.net or call 611....I have the v300 too and i got a fax and i just deleted it....(i have no one that would fax me anything important) so I would ask t-mobile i don't think theres a way you can get ur comptuer to do it through the cable because the connection from your phoen to the tower is really fast and the connection from your phone to ur computer is slow so it would make it hard for those three to work toegether and download something so ya....i would ask tmobile i don't know if theres a way or not.
2. As the other poster says, send an email to T-Mobile, calling customer service will take forever!
