Voicemail

Can I permanently save a voicemail on my Sony Ericsson mobile?

It's a W800 and I'm on T-Mobile. Is there a way besides complicated hook-ups to computers using software I don't have? There is no way to do this on mailbox features... Can I send it to an email address/somewhere online? Thanks Don't worry, I just realised I could there's a record feature so I can save it to my phone as an Mp3. Oh I'm so highly technological
