Voicemail

Some type of software that can save voicemails onto the computer?!?

My boss wants me to find out if there is some kind of software or program that we can purchase that has the ability to save voicemails from our office line onto our computer. I work at a small law firm and generally we transcribe the voicemails but now he wants to be able to pull up a voicemail from our system, should we ever need to use it during a deposition or in court rather then keeping it saved onto our phone inbox. Do any of you computer savy people know of anything like this or point me in the right direction? Thanks!!
