samsung plum turns off when i call anyone?

whenever i call someone, including my voicemail the phone just freezes and turns off then just turns back on what can i do? is there a software update i might need?

1. Sounds like you need to have your phone reprogrammed. Take the phone back to your phone service provider and they should be able to take care of it for you.
