need help fixing my Razr V3 software, it lost functions!!?

i was trying to mod my phone, i went to some website and download a ton of things, p2kcommander, motorola PST, and a few other programs, and tried to copy things from my razr V3 to my computer. the pictures i had successfully copied to my PC were messed up, only half the picture would show. so i finally gave up, after a few hours of "work" time, and i unplugged my phone. i found out that somehow, somewhere, my phone lost capabilities, such as viewing the inbox, and looking at videos. when i go to menu-messaging, the only 3 options i now have are "create message", "voicemail", and "browser msgs". when i go to menu-my stuff, i only have 4 options, which include "camera", "pictures", "sounds", and "video camera". i tried to do a master restore, but it didn't help at all. Can someone please tell me how to fix this, step-by-step if possible? please and thank you, any information would be appreciated!!!!

1. While you were running all around the web gathering all those goodies, didn't you come across Old Fool at http://forums.mobiledia.com/ better known as h3hagan@yahoo.com ? He's a good honest man who did work for me on a brick of my own one time. Email him for instructions and send the V3 to him. He's a genius with all the needed tools to flash your phone and he will unlock it at the same time if you tell him to. Hope that helps.
