upgrading a cricket phone?

im trying to upgrade my cricket cell phone it does have the cricket software, i went through all the promps with the cricket customer service over the phone, but when i try to use the phone, all the numbers i call are busy and and when i call my number it goes straight to voicemail, now my service is somewhere between my old phone and my new phone a nokia 6255 i cannot get a hold of cricket as usual again, so i wanted to know if anyone has any idea of what to do,
