can i return it my lg scoop?

i just got the lg scoop on monday and i got it on prepaid and it is charging me for picture messages i never sent and its charging me for voicemail calls that i never made and i was wondering since i got it on a prepaid account if i can return it?? thanks and if i take it to the store tomorrow and just have them update the software or whatever will i get a new phone??

1. actually you cant but if you get a new person who doesnt know the policy once they say that you can return it they have to let you no taking it back but you dont get the activation fee money or the $20 you put on the phone
